The cost of shipping is a flat rate we pre-emptively calculate based on each set of books.

International customers will have a separate rate which does not change often.

All shipping costs can be seen during checkout.

If there is ever a change in the shipping cost (most likely due to shipping increases), we will make an announcement so all customers are aware.

*Note: Luna & Lore does not cover duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders. All additional charges once the order reaches your country are at the responsibility of the customer.

There are two type of preorders:

Open Preorder: These preorders are open for a month (unless otherwise noted) and customers are able to order the book(s) until the month ends.

Limited Preorder: These preorders are first come, first served as there are a limited number available for purchase. The preorder is also open for a month but can close early if sold out before the month ends.

Benefit to preordering: As a thank you to our customers for preordering our special editions, the cost of the preorder is at a discounted rate!

After preordering, the estimated timeframe to receive your book(s) is 4-5 months.

The production of books can take roughly two months to complete. Shipping from our manufacturer to HQ can take 4-6 weeks.

We always add extra time in case of any unexpected delays so the timeframe could always be shorter than listed.

The shipping timeframe is provided when announcing the preorder and on the website under the preorder listing or FAQ.

We also make posts on our Instagram with current updates.

NewMoon is the name or tag to represent all of our dark romance books. These books do not fall under our usual genres of fantasy and paranormal and will also have special features.

The NewMoon books exclusively feature NSFW hardcovers and still feature all of our usual bells and whistles.

We will of course make posts on our Instagram to talk about the events we are attending along with any additional information you may need to know such as event exclusives.

We will also have a section on our FAQ page below the shipping updates with a list of events we are attending and any appropriate links.

Yes! We frequently have spare sales for any past editions that we have extras for.

These are going to be limited so they are always first come, first served.

We will have posts on our Instagram with information on when the spare sales will be and what books are included in the sale.

Our response time for customer inquires in email is up to 3 business days (not including weekends).

If you send an email to cancel an order (during the 48 hour window), we will still honor the cancellation even if we do not respond within that same window.

Customers/Readers are always welcome to post in our Facebook group to recommend authors or books they think would be a good fit for Luna & Lore!

We periodically will make an Instagram post asking for recommendations and we do have an interest form linked in our Instagram bio.
