Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. This depends on the type of subscription purchased. For example, our quarterly subscription is charged and shipped every 3 months.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, please do so before the 25th every quarter to avoid being charged. You can manage your subscription from your account on our site.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect the full payment for the item and send updates about the preorders when available. We always give an estimate of when we expect to ship a product.
