Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
With our Special Edition books, they will almost always be a preorder item. This means the books purchased will not ship within a few days. All shipping timeframes will be made aware to the customers via the original listing on Shopify or on our social media pages. After the books arrive and are inspected, we will print the shipping labels. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive an email with your tracking information!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight, size and final destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- You get a free, private US address
- You're able to shop from your favorite US retailers and ship to the US address
- Stackry will notify you when your packages are received and ready to be shipped
- Simplify and save on international shipping! (This way you won't miss out on our pretty books!)
Please note: All VAT, border fees, or import duties are at the responsibility of the receiver. Any boxes returned to us due to the lack of payment will receive no refund and is responsible for any reshipment costs.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We have a no return policy. If your books or items arrive damaged, please reach out to us at support@lunaandloreshop.com so we can work with you on remedying the issue.
In stock items: Refunds/order cancellations can only be done within 72 hours of purchase. If the item has shipped before that timeframe then we cannot issue a refund.
Preorders: Refunds/order cancellations can only be done within 48 hours of the preorder closing. For example, if a preorder closed on the 31st of May, you can request a refund no later than June 2nd
Furthermore, once the books have been sent to the printers, we cannot refund/cancel your order. Luna & Lore has the responsibility to provide the book(s) in a reasonable amount of time with the understanding that there can be upwards of a 6 month delay if a production problem occurs.
